My background blends creative writing, digital content creation, and editorial work. I’ve written everything from speculative fiction and horror shorts to SEO-friendly guides and branded web copy. My most recent roll, Editor in Chief at Rooted Literary Magazine, allows me to platform and interact with other emerging artists and creators.
Over the years, I’ve contributed to literary magazines as a writer, reader, and editor, worked for the content team at Game Rant, coached writers at the University of North Texas since my undergraduate days, and managed media-driven marketing projects.
My editorial work focuses on championing character-driven stories, atmospheric writing, and concise language, spanning everything from revising fiction to refining web content. I’m also pursuing opportunities in narrative design and editorial storytelling within the video game industry, particularly on projects that strike a balance between creativity and structure, such as lore development, dialogue writing, and world-building.
At heart, I’m a storyteller. When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me singing karaoke, gaming, lurking in bookstores, or listening to D&D podcasts.
